It's been a week now. There was no big build up, no date nominated, no discussion with Amanda. I just said to myself 'I don't think I want to do this any more' I'm a touch arsey, but I smell nice
Keep going my dear ..... I smoked my last cigarette on November 23rd. I have to say the arsey-ness carries on for quite a bit longer than you think .... but the word on the street is that if you make it to 6 months, you are there.
